Welcome to HiringAlly. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and LLB SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA, CNPJ 63.000.972/0001-04, operator of the platform HiringAlly ("we", "our" or "HiringAlly").

2. Description of Services

HiringAlly is an online platform that offers professional tools for career development. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Resume Creation: professional and modern templates for creating resumes
  • AI Resumes: automatic resume generation with artificial intelligence
  • Cover Letters: creation of personalized letters (manual and with AI)
  • Resume Analysis: detailed feedback and improvement suggestions with AI
  • LinkedIn Analysis: professional profile optimization on LinkedIn
  • Career Analysis: personalized guidance for professional trajectory
  • Interview Simulations: interviews with AI and professional human interviews
  • Professional Photos: creation of photos for LinkedIn
  • Version Management: resume versioning system
  • Credits and Plans System: different service access modalities

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be prohibited from using the services by any applicable law
  • Provide truthful, accurate and complete information

3.2 Registration and Account Security

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities on your account
  • Not share your access credentials
  • Not create more than one personal account

4. Plans, Credits and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans:

  • Basic Plan: free with limited features
  • Premium Plan: access to advanced features through paid subscription
  • Executive Plan: full access to all premium features

4.2 Credits System

Some features require credits, which can be purchased separately or included in your subscription plan. Credits:

  • Are non-refundable after purchase
  • Have no expiration date, unless specified
  • Cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Are consumed according to service usage

4.3 Payments and Billing

  • Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Efí/Gerencianet)
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed, unless canceled
  • Prices are subject to change upon 30 days prior notice
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes
  • Invoices are sent by email

4.4 Refunds and Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are made for unused subscription periods
  • Refunds for purchased credits are only granted in exceptional circumstances
  • In case of violation of these Terms, there is no right to a refund

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibitions

5.1 Permitted Use

Our services are intended exclusively for personal and legitimate professional use for job application and career development purposes.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform
  • Use unauthorized bots, scripts or automated tools
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform
  • Upload viruses, malware or malicious code
  • Collect or store personal data of other users
  • Resell, redistribute or share access to the services
  • Create content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Make abusive or excessive use of platform resources

6. User Content

6.1 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the platform (resumes, letters, photographs, etc.). However, by using our services, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content
  • Use AI to analyze and provide recommendations
  • Create derivative versions (applied templates, suggestions, etc.)
  • Perform backups and ensure service availability

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided
  • Ensuring you have rights to the content uploaded
  • Verifying the compliance of generated content before use
  • Any consequences of using content created on the platform

6.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms, is illegal, offensive or inappropriate, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 HiringAlly Ownership

The HiringAlly platform, including but not limited to design, code, templates, logos, trademarks, texts, graphics and software, are the exclusive property of LLB SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

  • Copy, modify or create derivative works of the platform
  • Sell, license or commercially exploit the platform
  • Remove copyright notices or trademarks

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our services use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies provided by specialized providers to:

  • Analysis and optimization of resumes
  • Generation of resumes and cover letters
  • Interview simulations
  • Analysis of professional profiles (LinkedIn)
  • Career guidance

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors
  • You must review and validate all content before using it
  • We do not guarantee specific results from AI use
  • Your content may be processed by third-party AI services

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection and processing of your personal data are subject to our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By using our services, you agree with the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • The services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free
  • The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
  • You will obtain employment or interviews using our services
  • Defects will be corrected immediately

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiringAlly and LLB SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, business opportunities or reputation
  • Errors or inaccuracies in generated content
  • Decisions made based on the information provided
  • Actions of third parties (including AI service providers)
  • Interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months or $500.00 (five hundred dollars), whichever is less.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HiringAlly, LLB SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA, its directors, employees, partners and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debts, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of third party rights
  • Misuse of the services
  • Content you provide or create

12. Modifications to Services and Terms

12.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, with or without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or third parties for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the services.

12.2 Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms periodically. We will notify about significant changes through email or notice on the platform with at least 15 days advance notice. Continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

13.1 By You

You can close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. After closure, you will have 30 days to download your data.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or close your account immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable policies
  • There is suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity
  • You fail to pay owed fees
  • You cause damage to the platform or other users
  • It is necessary for legal or regulatory reasons

13.3 Effects of Termination

After termination:

  • Access to the services will be immediately revoked
  • Account data will be deleted after 30 days
  • Unused credits will be forfeited
  • There will be no refund of paid fees

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflicts of legal provisions.

14.2 Amicable Resolution

In case of dispute, the parties commit to attempting to amicably resolve the conflict through good faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.

14.3 Jurisdiction

The jurisdiction of LLB SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA headquarters is elected to settle any controversies arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HiringAlly.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without restriction.

15.5 Notices

All notices will be sent by email to the address associated with your account or through notice on the platform.
